The Pine Trail processors are said to offer improved energy efficiency, with 20 percent less fuel consumption Netbook-size devices. Samsung N220 appears with a six-cell battery 5900mAh, with 11.5 hours runtime ship, but the housing bulges from the bottom of the netbook.

The Samsung N140 is the latest update and replace the NC10 – still one of our favorite netbooks. Although the chassis is a bit different, we love the keyboard and the matte screen, we prefer to remain. And in this update we also have the touchpad larger than on the N110 and the Special Edition will NC10 () shown in the photos. Inside there is a faster processor, an upgrade to Windows 7, and SRS sound for some of the best audio we’ve heard on a netbook recently. We want everything about the N140 … except the battery life.

The Samsung Go (N310) is the latest to join the ranks of the subsidized netbook laptops and sold by U.S. mobile operators.
