Newsmy NewPad NP711 Android Tablet

Some Chinese companies, Sayings released, has an interesting tablet marked NP711 of NewPad that would otherwise have gone unnoticed if not for a few unique features – most of all it looks like Amazon’s Kindle e-reader with that hardware keyboard down and second floor is given a 4:3 screen ratio, just great for everything outside the observation widescreen movies.

Newsmy NewPad NP711 Android Tablet

Specs are not great, but they are decent enough – there is the 4:3 800 x 600 7-inch display with a resistive touch screen with a 1GHz processor and Rockhip RK2818 Android 2.1 coupled. Other than that – WiFi, 3G, 720p HD video playback like on Compaq Presario CQ62-220US, accelerometer, USB 2.0, microSD card slot and a 1600 mAh 6-hour battery life.

The tablet was launched in China and while it probably never can expect an official name change outside of Asia, you probably get it in the shops to find the usually import of such products.

ZTE 7 inch Android tablets

The ZTE V9 tablet began the round last month, complete with Google Android 2.1, a 768MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi and 3G capabilities. Now Sascha Netbook News reported that tablet is already available in Russia for about $ 330, and will soon arrive in Australia.

ZTE 7 inch Android tablets

Peter got a chance to review the V9 at a recent event, and also spotted a new 7-inch Tablet ZTE called Z-Pad. Like the V9, the Z-Pad, a 7 inch, 800 x 480 pixel display and resistive toucshcreen running Google Android 2.1. It also has Bluetooth, WiFi and GPS. But what makes the Z-pad different is the fact that there is supposedly a dual-core Rock processor chip, a Mali GPU like on Compaq Presario CQ62-220US, and G-sensor.

The Z-pad looks a little sluggish to me, but it is always difficult to judge a system on the demo model on display at an exhibition basis because it was probably treated and futzed with a number of people.

More Tablet PCs from ViewSonic

Yesterday Creative announced the launch of two Tablet PCs from a lineup of products that they back onto the portable media play. In general, the Android-based tablets do not offer anything too spectacular, but where they really excel is ensured in the wireless audio department with the latest technology that ripped music sounds as good as it have on the original media and full Surround Sound offered with only two speakers. Today is the turn of the Viewsonic’s planned lineup of Tablet PCs and PC monitor manufacturers proclaim, but honestly, they are nice to appear on their site without either a particularly cost-limited.

More Tablet PCs from ViewSonic

The first model is the 10th ViewPad The only thing this has for them is the large 10.1-inch screen with a fairly standard 1024 x 600 pixels resolution. Instead of ARM processors, which give a greater computing power for less effort, is on board a 1.66GHz Atom processor with 1GB of RAM and 16 GB flash memory like on Gateway ID49C11u.

This means that it run Android, although for some reason it just the packaging of virtually ceased to Android 1.6, but it may be Windows 7 even though we want to offer a lot of ability, something particularly complex, with thin computing power and storage capacity to doubt. The ViewPad 10 is reported to cost $ 629 so it does not fall into the category of household or inexpensive.

The other model is probably even less sense. The ViewPad 7 has a 7-inch screen, but offers only 800 x 480 resolution that is comparable to your standard phone. Given Viewsonic is known for its production of PC monitors, it offers a surprise, however, did not do something better. It will cover at least sports Android 2.2 and a front and rear facing camera is essentially a very large and heavy phone.
