Onkyo Japan has just completed its latest Windows 7-powered tablet, which released 11.6-inch TW317A7. The slate is almost identical with the TW317A5 published in September, but adds a KDDI 3G module for a broadband data connection. Computing power comes courtesy of 1.66 coupled with Intel Atom CPU with 2 GB of RAM like on Asus Eee PC 1015PN-PU17.

The screen resolution is above average for slates, to 1366×768, and it has a 1.3 megapixel camera. The new tablet also gets ExTOUCH software to improve Windows 7 Touch-typing experience through a special App Launcher. Storage is a 32GB SSD and Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi are included.

Rounding out the specifications will have a card reader, two USB 2.0 ports and stereo speakers. The price of the device is not known, but it only ships to Japan to see the official level.

Chevrolet is now the latest car manufacturer in the U.S., the roving Internet access to accommodate their vehicles. The Avalanche, Equinox, Express, Silverado, Suburban, Tahoe and Traverse have all now be an after-sale option of Autonet router, a 1.5 Mbps connection even when the speed is available.

Like the Chrysler option that accomplishes the feat by sharing a 3G connection via a local Wi-Fi hotspot shares that connection with the passengers and the radius in a 150-foot.

Service costs $ 29 per month and requires a dealer to install, but the router itself will cost $ 199 to a two-year contract, if purchased before the end of the year. It usually costs $ 399.

It’s official. Sprint will offer a subsidized version of the popular Dell Mini 10. The netbook is equipped with an internal EVDO Revision A modem functionality for 3G access, wherever you are, so you not only relying on the availability of Wi-Fi networks.

Samsung prepares for a 3G wireless module to Samsung netbook Go add (also known as Samsung N310 in places that are not known to the United States).

Since this is the U.S. version of netbook we’re talking about, I’m going to go out on a limb, and this means that Samsung has developed to combine into a contract with one or more U.S. mobile operator, the Netbook play with a 3G data plan. There is no word on the telecom we do not yet speak, but AT x26 T, Verizon and T-Mobile have started offering netbooks in their lineup.

The 3G version of the Samsung probably not go as far as Windows 7 hits the market next month available, and it sounds like the netbook will likely ship with Windows 7 Starter Edition. When I saw him with Jason Samsung Redmond last week, he told me the company plans to all its netbooks with Windows 7 starter, boat, because that is what Microsoft considers as the appropriate OS for netbooks.

It is unclear whether Samsung finds more powerful devices like the Samsung N510 with NVIDIA graphics ION and the Samsung X120 with an Intel processor CULVER (which is not currently scheduled for a U.S. version at all) than netbooks, and we see could be a more powerful version of Windows 7 to ship these devices.

Now that the 3G Nokia Booklet (announced), its first netbook, it is clear that the Finnish company will not stop here when it comes to this type of device.

DigiTimes cites for Taiwan-based handset makers, who say that Nokia prepares to work with ODMs for the development of ARM-based SmartBook to discuss.

Sprint today announced two of its newest WiMAX (Sprint 4G) devices, the Sprint Personal Hotspot PHS300S and Cradlepoint MBR-1000. Like a MiFi (but with WiMAX support), these devices, the existing broadband connections, be it a 3G or 4G, and create a Wi-Fi hotspot for each unit.

The larger 7 x 5.6 x 1.2 cm Cradlepoint MBR-1000 is particularly attractive because it supports up to 32 devices at once, so you can literally a hot spot for your work group with only one 4G connectivity. On the basis of our Hands-on with the CLEAR-speed WiMAX recently in Las Vegas (4.36Mbps down, 571Kbps up), even though the downlink data is not everything you want to want to share, if all plans for streaming video or bouncing around in World of Warcraft. The smaller 4.7 x 2.8 x, 8 Customs personnel PHS300S Hotspot allows up to four people to connect at once.

Both are on Sprint’s website or in select Sprint stores, if a 3G network is available. Currently, this means you have to live in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas Ft. Worth, Honolulu, Las Vegas, Philadelphia, Portland and Seattle.

Oddly enough, Sprint 4G is clearly in Las Vegas and is still WiMAX XOHM in Baltimore. The units for these two networks have provisioning rate between the two, a problem CLEAR and Sprint 4G will have to soon. Think Customers are confused enough yet?

AT & T on Monday expanded its lineup to two Netbook 3G versions of common Netbook. His version of the Acer Aspire One, Dell Inspiron Mini 10, and Lenovo IdeaPad S10 is all built-in 3G modems for online use across areas such as free access to AT & T’s Wi-Fi hotspots. The three have similar 10-inch display, 1 GB RAM, 160 GB hard drive, Windows XP, and multi-touch trackpad.

Each system will be subsidized at $ 200 when paired with a two-year data, including either the $ 40 basic plan with 200 MB of data per month or $ 60 5GB plan. If they ship has not been reduced and should be within the “next few days.”

Lenovo are preparing to release the second generation of Netbook, Lenovo IdeaPad S10-2, the integrated 3G but lose the ExpressCard slot, helped his predecessors. Things begin to act like Verizon is to embrace mobile computing in a big way. We have already heard, they will be launching the MiFi personal 3G cloud device on May 17, word and begins to lick that she is also the first time a subsidized HP Mini 1000 Netbook. This makes sense on many levels, and I believe that such an undertaking will be successful for Verizon.

The MiFi 3G router is a potential game-changer in my eyes, it is the mobile broadband services, and converts it into simple, one-button Wi-Fi, which works everywhere, as far as customers are concerned. This has the potential to make 3G the whole process so simple that it removes the intimidation that many consumers with mobile broadband services. It would also be a perfect fit with a Netbook like the HP Mini 1000, perhaps they will offer a kind of bundle is?
