Expensive Folding Notebook Stand

If the concertinaing Aviiq Notbook stand way back in November last year was announced, you read my headline “Origami Folding Laptop Stand is perfect for In-Bed films.” Finally, almost a year later, the review unit arrived, and it proved that I was almost Nostradamus-like in this prophetic statement. The multi-paneled venue is in fact perfectly fall for keeping a hot laptop from the soft, insulating sheets of the bed while you sleep on the latest episode of “Mad Men. What is not good for typing the Aviiq. But first how does it work?

Expensive Folding Notebook Stand

If you pull it from the rather slim box (the Apple-like packaging production values), the Aviiq nothing more than an aluminum band only about a foot long and less than three centimeters wide. This strip then unfolds in four sections. The device is in fact a polypropylene film between aluminum plates clamped along the exposed plastic strip curve. The upper part of the four sections is “hinge” and the tips below the edge and secured by pushing a little rubber pads covered by slits in the body. It is awesome, and just as packed a cardboard box from a flat kit. It is also incredibly light (5.5 ounces) and very stiff.

The state is to be used on a desk, and suffers the usual problem of these children as: You do not have one. The 12-degree inclination given to increase the notebook actually wrists, rather than reducing them. You can use it backwards, diagonally to the keyboard away from you, but this represents only the leading edge.

Where Aviiq shines, but on the lap and in bed. It works well for keeping things cool between (or at least at the beginning) of the leaves, but it also carries away enough heat for you to use your laptop on your lap top as well as ASUS Eee Top ET2010PNT All-in-One Desktop PC. You can not directly on your legs, though. The thin edges dig into the thigh in a way that is uncomfortable in seconds. Add a cushion disappears, however, and this problem, and the pillow also raises the computer to a more usable level. If this seems clunky, especially given the portability of the stands, there is a workaround: Use it on its head.

With every laptop in the 13-inch or more, you can turn the Aviiq and place the flat on top of your legs. The computer sits astride the two ends of the triangular wedge holding the door the hot base your legs formed. It works great and important, it is convenient. The Aviiq is small enough to carry with you always, when you need it. It is one thing you need to check whether: price. The booth is $ 80, and although it really feels like $ 80 from engineering, that there is still much to spend. This line from Aviiq PR e-mail, probably says it best: “Although it is more expensive than most items, I am sure once you get your hands on it you will be thrilled.” It is, and I am.

Acer Aspire One Happy appears in UK

The Acer Aspire One Happy has announced an Android netbook in different colors. With Android, as an alternative to the conventional Windows or Linux operating systems will be an interesting topic, with the mobile operating system a big hit in the telephone directories world.

Acer Aspire One Happy appears in UK

The Acer Aspire One Happy is very much pitched at the non-techy audience, with Acer’s release make it clear that all the good … Color like on ASUS Eee Top ET2010PNT All-in-One Desktop PC.

“As sweet as a sweet, fragrant comes as a field of lavender, lively as lime juice or fresh as the sea, Aspire One Happy in four colors appealing that fill your life with enthusiasm and joy: Candy Pink, Lavender Purple, lime green and Hawaii Blue, four colors, transforming the hip this netbook into a fashion statement, “says the computer giant.

Galaxy Tab price

As we draw closer to the end of 2010, each of the four major mobile operators is expected to release its version of the Galaxy Tab. Last month announced that the 7-inch Android-based tablet has yet to see an official launch date or price tag of any U.S. airline, but that may soon change as a handful of riders started swirling rumors late last week. First out of the gate was Sprint, which is said that the unit may fall on 14 November with a $ 399 price tag. Since the hardware inside, this is not a terrible price for those who sign a two-year contract. However, it is very difficult to sell off-contract $ 599 iPad device against Apple’s 10-inch 32 GB as well as Toshiba Portege R705-P25.

Galaxy Tab price

T-Mobile Galaxy Tab could also have a $ 399 price with a two-year service plan and $ 50 mail-in rebate. As I do with Sprint, I imagine T-Mobile will not sell too many of these almost $ 649 on each piece. Though Verizon launched its Galaxy S-series phone after the other four major carriers, it could be run on the first tab Galaxy. Droid Life today is that the reporting 1 November is the date that will be Big Red Tab debuts. I would expect similar pricing from Verizon and AT & T.

Although the tab’s dual cameras, flash memory card expansion capability, and great features, this market is one of the iPad the time being. Apple is still money in advertising its latest creation, is campaigning apps and screen size pump. And really, as soon as we are tablet life cycle in the Android, I would hesitate to sign a two-year plan. While I was with the idea of an Android-Tablet that can tell me how to work with a larger screen, I do not regret my purchase of six months to buy. LG, Motorola, Dell and HTC are just a few listed companies are preparing their own tablets.

FCC checks out Huawei’s Ideos S7 3G Android tablet

The good people over there on the FCC taken a look at Huawei Ideos S7 Android tablet. Only in the case of S7 may more familiar to some of us, it seemed the IFA 2010 last month, so with his way into the FCC shows that it is prepared to hit the U.S. market, where Huawei wants to do so.

FCC checks out Huawei’s Ideos S7 3G Android tablet

Hardware specifications include a 7-inch display with 800 x 480 resolution, 256MB RAM, a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor (we could do something, what’s going to be at least at 1GHz? Search), a 2-megapixel camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity like on Toshiba Portege R705-P25. While the S7 was discovered on the Android 2.1 at the IFA 2010, one can safely expect Android 2.2 Froyo to the device with the time on the market to support. No idea on pricing or availability just yet, but we know that the world of tablets have only got a little crowded. Huawei hopefully do a good job on this so that customers will be the winner at the end.

ASUS Eee Top ET2010PNT All-in-One Desktop PC Review

This time brings the Eee Top ET2010PNT in the new with the latest dual-core Intel Atom desktop CPU, the 1.6GHz Atom D510, as well as Nvidia’s so-called “Next Generation Ion” graphics (for reasons of simplicity) we will now regard as “Ion 2″. Other changes are the addition of a responsive touch screen on a 20-inch, 1,600 x 900-pixel LCD and a slimmer body. And the 500 GB hard drive is larger than the 320GB hard drive in the previous Eee Top But while most hardware bullet points in this model suggest a better PC, we have seen AIO PCs at about the same price with more powerful components and more compelling features.

For example, one of our most annoyed with the manufacturer AIOs input devices bundled with wires. The keyboard and mouse with this Eee Top, both wired and small. Its size by us in order, because this makes them easy to store under the screen, but there we continue to believe that wireless peripherals are crucial aesthetic with AIO PCs. And as wireless ones with the last Eee we sent, we are perplexed as to why Asus looked back steps to wired versions.

Asus Eee Top ET2010PNT Review

We are primarily concerned with the redesign of the system itself, however pleased. It’s pretty slim (thinner than most LCD monitors, in fact), and the build quality feels solid. A row of buttons at the bottom contains much appreciated dedicated volume buttons for the built-in speaker, even if the buttons are quite small and stiff. The speakers are too quiet, but especially for video playback. While Hulu.com is shown in an empty office, the dialogue was sometimes hard to hear, even with the volume turned up all over. The music was louder, but if you do not plan to sit in front of the Eee Top intently watching videos, you need to invest in a pair of external speakers.

Speaking of Hulu, has been smooth Hulu play, based in the past, a major problem for machines on Atom processors, due to high CPU requirements of Flash videos. With this machine we have used to speed up the beta version of Flash Player 10.1, the Ion 2 graphics chip video, and Hulu video playback has been downloaded smoother than we are used to seeing on PC AIO in this class, even at full screen.

However, if you click on the “HD” (480p) option on Hulu videos, the playback is somewhat choppy in full screen mode. It was seen still watchable and much better than what we based on past nuclear machines. But better optimize at least until Adobe and Flash for Nvidia GPU acceleration Hulu addicts will want to choose a computer with a faster CPU.

On the brighter side, houses the back of the Eee Top ET2010PNT an HDMI connection between four USB 2.0 ports and an Ethernet jack. (You can also wirelessly to the network via built-in 802.11n Wi-Fi). The HDMI port lets you use the screen with a gaming console, a cable box, or other HDMI enabled device. It is a great feature that we want all leaders of the AIO would include PCs. do after your PC, double duty as an HDTV or gaming screen saver for a large room dorms or small bedroom.

Asus Eee Top ET2010PNT Review

Another plus is the Eee Top ET2010PNT is surprisingly low power consumption. Thanks to its laptop-like components, the system consumes only 35 watts set idle on the desktop with the screen brightness at 50 percent. With the screen turned off, it ran at only 22 watts. When playing video or crunching through games, jumped Power 44-46 watts, at our Kill-A-Watt meter. To the point of view, which is less than the draw for a pair of low-power compact fluorescent lamps. Compare that with traditional desktop PCs (some of its processor chips alone often draw 125 watts), and you can see, this model could save you some serious money on your electricity bill over time.

If power is not a great decision for you is not the Eee Top ET2010PNT not as good compared with similar AIO PCs at this price tariff. The HP Pavilion MS225, we saw a month before the Eee Top sold for about $ 50 less. Although the screen is slightly smaller (18.5 cm, with a 1,366 x 768 resolution) (the Eee has over 2 GB), the PC itself is a bit better overall lead thanks to its 4 GB of RAM and more powerful AMD Athlon X2 processor 250U.

Likewise, if hiccup-free media playback is more important than playing mainstream 3D games like World of Warcraft or The Sims is the entry-level version of last year Lenovo IdeaCenter A600 a strong alternative. For about the same price, you get a bigger screen (21.5 inches, supports 1080p) and a much faster Intel Core 2 Duo CPU, the much more capable of dealing with online video. Its integrated Intel graphics will banish you, but mostly to Flash-based web games.

The Lenovo and HP systems lack the Eee Top’s optical touch screen, but the HP TouchSmart 600 aside, we still see a touch capable desktop with the necessary software, a touch screen’s worth. The Eee Top is no exception. Beyond the novelty of the touch of the screen, a link here or there on, there is little unique functionality around the touch screen as you still need the keyboard and mouse to navigate and enter text. Admittedly, the Eee’s touch screen is quite appealing, but there are not enough to justify paying a premium to do so.

Asus Eee Top ET2010PNT Review

In considering the Eee Top ET2010PNT has something better than its predecessor, the Eee Top ET2002, but it remained behind HP Pavilion MS225, which is $ 50 less cost. In PCMark Vantage, a synthetic test to measure overall system performance, the Eee Top ET2010PNT turned in a score of 3280, while the pavilion MS225 came in almost dead even in 3292. The older ET2002 now reached only 1849.

In the CPU-centric testing, but the results were quite different. In Cinebench 10, which control multiple CPU cores is designed to operate ET2010PNT Amount 1985, the ET2002 turned in 1527, and the AMD-powered HP Pavilion MS225 has decidedly better: 3,475. This reflects the relative lack of muscle the Atom processor.

For some real-world perspective, we ran our CPU-intensive Windows Media Encoder 9 video conversion test. The pavilion MS225 transformed our test file in 9 minutes and 29 seconds, while the older ET2002 was 16.04 and the Eee Top ET2010PNT actually came last at 17:19 clock.

We then moved to another CPU-bending experiment to test our iTunes 7th The HP Pavilion MS225 took just over six minutes to convert our 11 test files from MP3 to AAC, while the two Asus Eee Top systems took about three times longer, clocking in more than 18 minutes to the same task. It is clear, Intel’s Atom CPUs, new or old, while power sipper, are not built for fast multimedia conversion tasks. If not prolong your life needs a lot of web surfing, working with office applications or watching DVDs, the Eee should serve you well. Just do not expect it to react more quickly or biting.

Asus Eee Top ET2010PNT Review

In gaming tests it is clear that while Nvidia chipset Ion 2 stronger than its predecessor, it is not the answer for the past demanding 3D games. Mainstream titles such as World of Warcraft, Spore or The Sims will not be a problem for them, but it was choking even on our low-end tests to tax real PC gaming machines.

Was published in Company of Heroes, a game in mid-2006, succeeded the Eee Top ET2010PNT average of 18.8 frames per second (fps) in DirectX 9 with a resolution of 1,024 x 768. (This test was carried out with the play of the automatic settings on and off anti-aliasing.) This is not a playable frame rate. Falling down the detail settings as much as possible, the game was not pretty, but it was playable.

The same can not be used for our other standard test game Far Cry 2, along with the average frame rates below 8fps gasped both DirectX 9 and DirectX 10 test words on the screen’s native resolution. Even after disabling or lowering all possible graphics options and drop the game resolution to an extremely low 800×600, we were only able to average frame rate in the low 20s, we would not know exactly how to achieve playable.

Sure, if you plan on demanding games as World of Warcraft or The Sims, you need a PC with powerful graphics. Neither can the HP Pavilion MS225 even the larger process shielded Lenovo ThinkCentre A600 (at least the model for the same price as the Eee Top) demanding games any better. To be fair, no AIO PC (or a desktop), we have seen at this price can really handle modern games well, and ion 2 does a better job than as AMD’s integrated graphics. But to have a real slot machine on a budget, you need to see past AIO designs and look at the PC as Cyber Power’s $ 850 Xtreme Gamer 1000.

If the lowest possible carbon footprint (and a low electricity bill) is important for you and your IT requirements include only look easy games, videos, and thereby the productivity of common tasks is the Asus Eee Top ET2010PNT slender, smooth, and capable enough to consider. But there is still a nuclear-based PC, which means it is sometimes slow. If you can live without the touch screen and gaming is not important, Lenovo and HP to offer more compelling AIO alternatives at this price.

About Malata SMB A1002 this time, where you will have a generous 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen talking it easy on your eyes, where the 1,024 x 600 resolution to know in any case, those who use Netbooks frequently as well as Toshiba Portege R705-P25.

Malata is not exactly a household name Stateside though, so you can not really hope for them to arrive Stateside though it passed the FCC exam.

Toshiba Portege R705-P25 Review

Back in the day when ultraportable laptops were seductively thin and incredibly cheap, the Toshiba Portege R200 is the lightest 12-inch ultraportable in its class. Since then there have been some minor improvements, a component change here and there, but nothing nearly as dramatic as Toshiba’s latest creation has been. The Toshiba Portege R705-P25 is still one of the lightest sub-notebooks with optical drives in its class, only now it has a 13-inch widescreen display, a redesigned keyboard and built-in technology makes the original R200 looks like a fossil.

Toshiba Portege R705-P25

Design

Toshiba R200 kept the legacy alive of magnesium alloys in the R705-P25-frame, if instead of silver, the colors are more business casual (black or dark blue). The metal is exquisitely thin, although not as rigid as the ones found in theApple MacBook Pro Z0J62LL/A. But thin metals are also the reason why the R705-P25 weighs about 3.1 pounds. It has the soft feel which draped in carbon fiber and infinitely easier at 3 pounds. The R705-P25-pack lighter than the Lenovo ThinkPad X301 (3.3 lbs) and Apple MacBook Air (3.4 lbs), yet costs half as much. More directly, it competes with the MacBook Pro Z0J62LL/A (4.5 lbs), and HP Pavilion DM4-1060us (4.4 lbs ) which aren ‘t in the same league when it comes to portability.

The R705 integrates a 13.3-inch wide screen that offers 1366-by-768. A higher screen resolution in this price range is a rare find, so the ones on the Sony Z116GXS (1,600 by 900) and Lenovo X301 (1,400 by 900) as a luxury. The traditional keyboard found in the R200 and R500 have reached the end of the road, the R705 sports the trendy brand-P25 Chiclet keys, similar to those found in its Netbook Toshiba mini NB305-N440. The mouse buttons are not too stable, and they are separated from the large touchpad, found in contrast to the all-in-one touch pads in the MacBook Pro and HP 1060us-DM4. Enjoy the input and navigation experience, as I do.

Features

Like the R200 and R500, R705-P25 sports an internal optical drive. It is the lightest 13-inch laptop to an internal DVD burners have. The R705-P25 has 3 USB ports, one of which is manifold: it also serves as an eSATA port for storage expansion, and it is capable of loading external peripherals, while the laptop completely, a technology that Toshiba calls “Sleep and Charge”  shot. Its 500 GB (5,400 rpm) hard drive is larger than the 320GB (7200 rpm) drive found in the HP 1060us-DM4, but not spin as fast. The R705-P25 weakest link is the tiny pair of speakers above the keyboard. It is not only weak and tinny sounding, but the repeal of the laptop or the opening of the screen too far back out in the distortion.

An HDMI port and an SD slot are also included features. If you buy this particular configuration (Best Buy version) is not only do you get the Navy Blue cover, but Intel’s Wireless Display (WiDi) technology as well. WiDi similar wireless HDMI, that you do not need physical cable to stream content from your laptop to an HDTV. You need each recipient (Netgear Push2TV) who buy a connection to an HDTV, but.

Toshiba Portege R705-P25

Performance

The R705-P25 runs on a 2.27GHz Intel Core i3-350M processor, but offers the full range of Intel Core processors in various configurations. This find as fast as the processor computes and leads to better results than that of the 13-inch MacBook Pro (Core 2 Duo P8600) and Lenovo X301 (Core 2 Dup T9400). If you are not a R700 buy-configuration with an Intel Core i5 processor systems like the VAIO Z and DM4-1060us, the performance edge. Case in point: It took the R705-P25 54 seconds to transcode a video that the MacBook Pro 13-inch and X301 hit, but his solid core i5 colleagues. Cinebench R10 (7,116) and PCMark Vantage (5062) tests followed a similar trend as they are affected strongly by the processor.

The R705-P25 comes with 4 GB of DDR3 memory (expandable to 8 GB) and ships with integrated graphics (WiDi only works with integrated graphics from Intel system) standard. It is not touted as a gaming machine, while the Asus U30Jc-A1, HP 1060us-DM4 are. In fact, they use three a switchable graphics system that takes advantage of two graphics systems: an integrated Intel chipset and a discrete, either of Nvidia or ATI.

A 63Wh (6 cell) battery is part of the standard configuration, the duration of 6 hours and 20 minutes on MobileMark 2007. The battery test load is similar to a web browsing scenario, which is usually the best battery results. In addition, Toshiba is selling a 9-cell battery that promises up to 12 hours of battery life. The Asus U30Jc-A1 no batteries, working in tandem, but it does ship with a 84Wh (8-cell) battery, 8 hours long in our tests.

The Toshiba Portege R705-P25 is basically your poor man’s Sony VAIO VGN-Z116GXS. Together they are the lightest Duo with 13-inch screen and built-in optical drives, but one costs half as much as the others. The R705-P25 is a beautifully-made ultra-portable and ideal for those who travel a lot timetables, but are reluctant to sacrifice all the comforts of a full-size laptops. I would still recommend the Asus U30Jc-A1 in this price class, though. It has more graphics power, and ships with a larger battery, even if it is almost two pounds heavier.

Samsung P2450H 24-Inch LCD Monitor Review

If you are debating whether want the 24-inch Samsung SyncMaster P2450H or buy the more expensive Samsung SyncMaster XL2370 or the Samsung PX2370, we suggest you pay the extra money for one of these monitors induced savings from buyer’s remorse headache.

The P2450H Achilles heel is its pronounced green push, the mutated not only characters from movies and photos in sickly-looking creature – seem as if it had a particularly turbulent cruise ship for too long – but also dull color games. The P2450H also crushed dark gray, the dark Monitor have a difficult time displaying details in movies causes. Samsung shows some flair with on-screen display button P2450H’s array, but overall the show is neither as sexy as any of the above LED displays from Samsung nor can the P2450H with their performance can compete well. We recommend buying the P2450H skip and now with the LED-based models or Dell SP2309W.

Samsung P2450H 24-Inch LCD Monitor Review

Design and Features

What we are at 24-inch Samsung SyncMaster P2450H its angular, sharp edges, that the company transparent with its edges commonly used glass. The overlay covers the entire front of the monitor, including the glossy bezel, and features a red Touch of Color to highlight. The bezel is 0.8 cm wide at the sides. The panel is 1 inch deep into its longest and 1.1 cm deep at its most shallow. The glossy, oval base is 11 cm wide and 7.8 inches deep. Samsung has neither the ability to adjust the monitor in the level, nor are turning or pivot options mentioned, but you can tilt the monitor back 15 degrees. The distance from the bottom of the monitor bezel to the top of the desktop is 1.9 inches.

The display is moderately shaky, if you knock it from the sides and you can easily knock it over when the disk is tilted. However, if the panel is 90 degrees, we do not believe it to fall into great danger, even if knocked hard.

The display has VGA, DVI and HDMI connection options, but Samsung placed them in a predicament. The company put his ties to deeply into the panel, which is difficult to see them without lifting the monitor. The niche where they live, is narrow, making it frustrating when connecting or disconnecting cables.

On the P2450H waived Samsung keys in favor of what we call “touch areas”.  Samsung means each with a small white dot, and each area has a different function. The real key labels that glow red, appear below the points within the edge of the glass overlay on the bottom of the bezel. The labels are the result of an impressive refraction technique makes it appear as if they float, are 3D-like, within the glass. Calibrating the P2450H in a dark room can be tedious, as the nature of the contact areas require pinpoint accuracy, unfortunately, the white dots difficult to see in a dark room are.

The P2450H’s onscreen display is the same used on the Samsung SyncMaster XL2370. The button array consists of a menu button, an Up and Down button, an Enter button, and a car key. The Up and Down keys and double the brightness and preset shortcut buttons, respectively. His image options consist of brightness, contrast and sharpness. You can also use the color to Cool, Normal, Warm, or Custom, and change the colors red, green and blue attributes individually. There are seven presets including custom text, internet, games, sports, film, and Dynamic Contrast. Each preset changes the color temperature and brightness of the display with the intent, it appears that task. Although not as intuitive as brilliantly designed OSD use Dell, the P2450H OSD has only a small learning curve. One feature we would like the preset menu is to press a button away.

Performance

We tested the Samsung SyncMaster P2450H a DVI port on a PC with Windows Vista. The display is a composite score of 75 on CNET Labs DisplayMate-based performance tests of the many points on the Samsung PX2370′s score of 97. In our black level test, we found that the crushed P2450H very dark gray tones to the point that a four gray levels – four levels deep black – can distinguish the darkest color of the monitor from the true black is. This indicates that the monitor has a high black level. In our test, Color Tracking, we noticed that the monitor has a clear green color. We have tried to alleviate the color by selecting the Blue setting from the default value of 50 to 67. This improves the image only slightly as the green color is still felt. Finally, in our dark screen test, we found that the display’s backlight bleed at the top and bottom of the screen.

Text

On the P2450H, the text is readable on a type size of 6.8 points, and has no significant problems tracking color with black lettering on a white background. Because of the tint problem, character faces look green to look like most residents of Pandora, as if they are going to be ill at any moment, especially the people. The question makes the day environments look less natural than they did on the PX2370, as the bright sunlight looks dumb on the P2450H. The P2450H also crushed blacks, so that in the “Meet the Parents” scene, some dark details Neytiri father not to see the hair, while on the PX2370, the details are clearly evident. Overall, movies on the P2450H seen a general dull, sickly look to them.

Games

Because of our intimate familiarity with World of Warcraft, we believe it remains the best monitor for the assessment of color quality and vibrancy in games. The SyncMaster P2450H a comparatively dull presentation of the colors next to the PX2370 colors. Once again it is because this means old green push problem that has reared its ugly head far in almost all aspects of our test Sun As a result, the game of the presentation will not look as vibrant and graphically impressive as it does on the PX2370.

Push the green trend continues with high-resolution photos, with similar color results, which we saw when watching “Avatar” sickly faces and dull color displayed as the PX2370. However, the problem is not like what we saw when we pronounced the film.

Viewing Angle

The optimum angle for a monitor is usually in front of him, about a quarter of the screen distance from top to bottom. At this angle, you are the display of the colors as they were intended by the manufacturer. Most monitors are not made to be considered at another angle. Depending on the type of field, the picture quality varies from less than optimum angle. Most monitors use TN panels, the overly bright or too dark in parts of the screen when they get out less than optimal angles. The Samsung SyncMaster F2450h uses a TN panel. If it is from the side or bottom view, we take the screen to darken about 6 inches away from the center, a typical monitor viewing angle limit for a TN basis. In the default settings that the PX2370 had about the same angle threshold, but it contains additional features that improve from certain angles. The P2450H not include these functions.

New Netbook Navigator Nav9

The netbook Nav9 Navigator is one of the few slates Windows 7 computers on the market at the moment. I’m still in the process of verifying a demo unit and I will not do a full inspection for a little while, but if you do not plan on waiting for my opinion before plunking down some cash, could you know at that companies the price … a bit down. While the Nav9 has a starting price of $ 599, until a few days, the cheapest model with Windows 7 Home Premium pre-installed you would run $ 749. Now the starting price for a Windows model is $ 699 U.S.

New Netbook Navigator Nav9

This price gets you a Windows 7 slate with a 8.9 inch, 1024 x 600 pixels resistive multi-touch display, 1GB of RAM, a 16GB Solid State Disk, and WiFi, but no 3G. The tablet has Bluetooth, a 1.3 MP camera and a 1.66 GHz Intel Atom N280 processor like on Samsung SyncMaster P2450H. You can pay for additional memory, extra memory or Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate At $ 699, the Nav9 still costs more than twice as much as a typical netbook, even if the intestines are very netbook-like. But it is smaller, a little easier, and more finger-friendly than a typical netbook.

That is, I think you have to ask yourself what you to a mobile computer for use prior to the decision of whether a Windows-based tablet with a suitable resistive accelerometers have display and plan for you. I have found that while Windows 7 Home Premium is certainly more touch-friendly as Windows 7, scrolling can be a bit contradictory to be times of Web pages with a flick of the finger, and while the keyboard opens on the screen in general, if I tap on an input field, it is not always there when I need it.
