Asustek’s 18.4-inch Asus NX90Jq multimedia notebook with innovative design and Sonic Master Audio technology is now offered for sale.

Several e-tailers in the U.S. offer NX90Jq A1 model, which has the Intel Core i7-720QM with 1.6 GHz quad-core processor, Nvidia GeForce GT335M 1GB of dedicated graphics memory, od 8GB DDR3 RAM, 1.28TB of storage with dual 640GB hard drives and a Blu-ray combo drive such as ASUS Eee Box HD 1006 Nettop PC.

The LED-backlit 18.4-inch screen has a resolution of 1920 1080 pixels.

According to the company, acquired Sonic Master Audio technology developed with Bang u0026 Olufsen “the best and highest-powered laptop provides codec amplifier available,” which “provides greater tonal range, more volume and deeper bass.”

The speakers in the Asus N90X are integrated into the cover as the main chassis, which is made of aluminum in this case, however. Another innovation are two touch pads on both sides of the keyboard position like on  Acer Aspire AS 5734Z-4836 and serves as a “more intuitive and convenient way for you to manage and play your multimedia content.”

The Mobile Media Center also includes a 2MP web camera, microphone, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Gigabit LAN, Bluetooth, two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports (one shared with e-SATA), a digital analog TV tuner , 8 – in-1 media card reader and HDMI and VGA outputs.

It weighs 9.7 pounds with the standard six-cell battery and comes with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit OS.

The Asus NX90Jq is for about $ 2,200 available.
