Sony Recalls 535,000 Vaio F And Vaio C Notebooks

Sony has just announced that it is recalling a total of 53 000 notebooks that are part of the Sony Vaio Sony Vaio F and C ranges, which were sold in the first half of 2010.

Sony notebooks are referring to these because of a temperature issue, which can lead to overheating of the notebook, and in some cases distorted the shape of the notebook.

The recall covers F-and C Vaio Vaio laptops were sold, which includes after January 2010, and the recall of 259,000 Vaio notebooks that were sold in the U.S., 103,000 in Europe and 120,000 in Asia and 52,000 in Japan.
