Asus Eee PC 1215N with NVIDIA ION up for pre-order
The Asus Eee PC 1215N is one of the most exciting NVIDIA ION-powered netbook on horizon. That’s because it is one of the first NVDIIA Optimus technology, which automatically integrated between the low-power Intel graphics and the higher performance NVIDIA graphics depending on what you will do with your computer feature. This should help extend battery life and also a performance when you need it.

The Asus also come with a 1215N Dual-Core Intel Atom Processor D525. This is a chip that normally reserved for desktop computers rather than laptops, because it draws more power like Asus UL50AG.
ExcaliberPC taking preorders for the Eee PC 1215N for $ 499. The dealer said the laptop should start shipping by 31 August when it might be only an estimate. A few weeks ago was reported that the Eee PC 1215N could ship as soon as 23 August.
