Exactly what I needed - Easy, fast, and very cute

I got my 1000HE for a week. I bought it with 2 GB of RAM and installed new ram in under 10 minutes, that they never have done such a thing in my life before. With the new ram, my 1000HE running as Windows XP, and then Windows 7 Beta with ease. I can run ITunes version 8 and Firefox and Microsoft Word at the same time without any problems.

The blue surface draws fingerprints, but it is not so much that it bothers me, and I consistently (so far) to abolish it clean after each use of others.

The webcam works very well, even for cheap laptops, and I was able to take reasonably determine the photo with him.

Battery life with my "normal operation" works about 8 hours, although I did not put it on sleep mode to see if this much longer.

I use this Asus netbook for the train and have no problems with volume control on headphones.

Sensor buttons slightly stiff at first, but my weakened only last week, and is now very easy to use.

I found that 1000HE raises my home network very easily and internet data transfer speed, very good.

As for the keyboard, I'm "good typist, and was used for 92 percent of its size during the first day. Chiclit style much better, in my opinion, than the old model 1000H or keyboard Acer.

Move all my programs, games and movies from a USB flash drive, so I did not have any need for an external DVD-ROM drive

In total, more investment in the $ 400, and I am a student, who scrimps and saves it for every penny.
