Acer launches Aspire 1551 netbook based on AMD Turion II
The new Acer netbook – Aspire 1551 claims – of particular interest because, unlike most competitors offer individual (ie not Intel Atom) platform.

New Dual-Core Processor with AMD Turion II Neo K625 with a frequency of 1.5 GHz and is based with a graphics card ATI Mobility Radeon HD equipped 4225th The latter should thus play computer video in 1080p resolution without delay and attenuation.
Other features include a netbook – 4 GB RAM, 320 GB hard drive, HDMI interface and a wireless module Wi-Fi (802.11n). Up to 5 hours of battery life should be 6-cell battery.
