Dell Inspiron i1545-4583JBK
The Dell Inspiron i1545-4583JBK is a solid entry-level, 15.6-inch laptop. to impress his quality to build audio output and the battery life, but his CPU is a generation behind what you are in laptops, are only $ 100 or so cheaper.
Low prices and solid construction. Comfortable keyboard and touchpad. Surprisingly decent sound output. Respectable battery life. Back-generation CPU can not keep up with newer Core i3 chips. No 802.11n WiFi. No HDMI or eSATA ports. Dell Inspiron i1545-4583JBK Review

I find it hard to believe that someone has a bad experience with the same system that I bought on Amazon.
I bought the Inspiron i1545, which is sold on Amazon.com, and it has more than met my expectations. I thought that a $ 619 laptop would be at the lower end of the spectrum in the search for power, but that has all the componants of the "high end" as far as RAM and hard drive. Windows 7 makes it easy and has shut down very quickly and start times. It runs very efficiently, if I have multiple windows open, and I'm gettting close to 8 hours between charges (so far).
I have a ton of research on computer before you buy, and even went to places like Best Buy, so I have a better feel for what the computer looks and feels as it could get. The Inspiron has all the qualities I was looking for response: Smooth, light, incredibly clear screen and keys. Add that together with the 4GB RAM, 500GB hard drive, and I have the "Dell Dock" that to me all my icons in a place that my desktop clean and professional looking to love and share holding.
My opinion is that you can not go wrong with this system. You certainly get more for your money!
