This Fall Intel Will Introduce 1.46GHz Core i7 ULV processor
There are already some rumors that Intel Core i7 developing a 1.33GHz ULV processor this summer would have been, and how it now seems, is that followed by an even faster low-voltage processor to be later in the fall, on laptops such as Acer eMacine E725-4520. That is the initiation of a 1.46GHz Intel Core i7 processor 680UM, which reportedly has the same 18W TDP rating and 4MB cache, like its counterpart, and can slow the clock all the way up to 2.53 GHz Turbo Boost mode, for purchasing a laptop. Unfortunately there is not so much as a hint of quantities or a current notebooks, which the processor is used, and Intel itself is silent on the matter of course for the moment.
