Rumor: Pine Trail Atom netbooks due January 11
Intel could be a flood of netbooks on the Pine Trail platform on a single day, where a right to bear from Friday. Without regard to secondary sources, DigiTimes claims that are waiting Acer, Asus, Lenovo and MSI have all agreed to a portable device with the 1.66 GHz Atom N450, 11 January, a day after Intel, the processor should start to reveal themselves. Most of them would be running Windows 7 Starter Edition, but companies also have the pick of Intel’s own Moblin Linux or Windows XP Home to keep the price down.
