The Samsung Go (N310) is the latest to join the ranks of the subsidized netbook laptops and sold by U.S. mobile operators. From 22 November, AT & T will go a Samsung netbook for $ 199 offer to customers, which for a 2-year service contract. You need to send in a mail-in rebate to receive this award.
The laptop will run Windows 7 Starter Edition and sports a 1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU, 10.1 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display. 1 GB of RAM and a 160GB hard drive. It has a 4-cell, 4000mAh battery, and supports 802.11b/g Wi-Fi and 3G cellular connections. It looks like AT & T is sold model with a blue lid, but the netbook is also available in black and red. No word on whether AT & T can offer these options in the future.
As with all subsidized netbook is the price in the run pretty well, but you would do better, that they planned expenditure of $ 35 to $ 60 per month for a 3G wireless plan for the next two years preceding application, or will end up paying much more in the long run.
