Facial recognition on the Lenovo IdeaPad S12
I decided to face the software on Lenovo Ideapad S12 try this afternoon, and it seems to work very well. I was in a position to my face with the Windows utility by walking through the Setup program. If he scanned my face, I logged out of my computer and could only login to view the webcam. In fact, the computer recognizes my face, faster than I can reach for the keyboard to enter in my user’s password.
I have not had a chance to see if other people can fool the computer into thinking they told me they stared. But I log on while sitting in different positions, and any attempt worked. If I were in possession of images of other people before the computer tries to their faces, but not log on to Windows. I had a Seinfeld DVD Set nearby and apparently Jerry, George, Elaine and Kramer look different enough from me that the computer is not fooled.
Lenovo even the same software on the IdeaPad S10 and Ideapad S10-2.
