Japanese Fujitsu U2010/U820 gets 2GHz Atom CPU

The Japanese version of the Fujitsu U2010 U820 has a little bump in power thanks to a 2 GHz Atom CPU.

Chippy uses a variant of the Fujitsu U [Portal page] to great success on a trip recently and really seemed to enjoy the device. A slight bump in processing power on a device that describes how Chippy “… HQ from the screen to complete the well thought-out keyboard and excellent efficiency,” can not be a bad thing.

The 2 GHz variant of the Fujitsu U has the catchy name “FMVLUC50N” and is not yet officially in other parts of the world, but you can find it by importers as Conics. Go to JKK link below for some more pictures.
