Originally designed for low-cost, low-power devices, the atomic-head seems to have its previous “minor” and has now become a major IT support for the Netbook platform, which, interestingly, absent something more than a year.

With PC manufacturers worldwide with tasting success Netbook, now turned their attention to similar, pint-sized desktop can be a viable solution for someone who is on the lookout for a reasonably powerful machine for a not too high price, the Aspire Revo with nVidia Ion graphics is that it is exactly.

Powered by the same 1.6 GHz Atom chip, which is so often these days, one might think this is just another Atom-based nettop. Never underestimate the ability of the ion chipset that Acer sport. The Revo, thanks to the Ion-chip will be capable of supporting 7.1-channel audio, 1080p video, and not to forget, all support Vista Aero jazz. If this is not convincing enough, here are some information you strength to go back to the Revo. This is the same GPU that powers such as the Apple MacBook Air and.

Intel fans may still want to participate in the atomic 280 GN40 combo, which give them the satisfaction of all Intel-up – and no, that is not currently possible with the Revo.

As with other functions, you may want to know that the Revo is gobbling in a position to 4GB of RAM, a 250 GB hard drive (also supports SSDs), has HDMI, a memory card reader, and has enough USB ports ( 6) to all your accessories.
