Nova launches iCON 225 USB modem for Mac

Nova Media has the iCON 225 (not pictured), its newest 3G USB modem for Macs. The device offers HSDPA connectivity at up to 7.2Mbps download and 2Mbps upload speeds, as well as EDGE and GPRS connections with a maximum of 80kbps and 220kbps upload download speeds. iCON 225 is not SIM-locked or in a particular network, and allows users to SIM cards from most service providers.
The iCON 225 is an Internet Connection Wizard, launch2net, to streamline and contains links connection settings for most mobile network operators as well as up to 8 GB of memory through a microSDHC slot. A lanyard and USB extension cable also packed with the modem. Compatible with Mac OS X 10.4.11 or later, the icon 225 is available.
