Toshiba announces NB200 netbook for the UK market

On Wednesday, Toshiba announced that it has the mini NB200 Netbook to its UK lineup that is in properties and is largely a rebadged version of the recently announced Dynabook UX management for the Western markets. Both use the same 10.1-inch widescreen LED-backlit display with 1024×600 resolution and near full size keyboard. The same opportunities will be offered with a 1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270 processor or powerful 1.66GHz Atom N280 sitting on the same mainboard 945GSE.The same 160GB hard drive, Windows XP Home models in basic research and the NB200 has integrated Wi-Fi and mobile broadband radio. Contents on the disk by a free-fall sensor. There is an extra large touch pad, integrated 0.3-megapixel webcam and Bluetooth. Three USB 2.0 ports are integrated with one of them capable of collecting a device, even if the Netbook off.

Weight is just over 2.4lbs for model with the base-3-cell battery. This gives it up to 4 hours of life, while the optional 9-cell battery has up to 9 hours after surgery.

The NB200 will be in brown, black, white and pink when it launches in the UK in May.
