Samsung Q1EX to hit U.K.
Samsung is to officially unveil its update to its Q1 Ultra. The Q1EX-71g offers some interesting changes that are currently the largest of its new Via Nano processor and keyboardless design.
Measuring 8.96 x 4.92 x 0,90 inch UMPC from 1.5 pounds (or Mobile Internet Device) Sports a 1024 x 600 7-inch touchscreen display with an on-screen keyboard. The previous Q1 had a physical keyboard straddled the two sides of the screen.
Powered by a 1.2 GHz Via Nano U2500 processor and 2 GB of RAM for Q1EX Windows XP Tablet Edition and contains a 60 GB hard drive. The $ 749 Sport Q1Ex is 802.11 b g, Bluetooth 2.0, 1.3 megapixel camera and is responsible for the 4.5 hours battery life with the standard 4-cell battery up to 8.5 hours with the 6-cell battery.
According to Samsung accessories are available, including a docking station, the touchpad keyboard, mouse button, and VGA and LAN ports.
