ASUS shows off dual-screen concept

Remember WePC, the developer community by ASUS and Intel, that ordinary people needed to design the next generation of computer? Yes, honestly, I forgot it. ASUS has not, however, and it presented at CeBIT a concept that the notebook directly from the design community to WePC. not by ASUS and Intel, together with a community of thinkers seems that the design looks like something that will be difficult to pass.

The draft contains not one but two multi-touch screens. There is no physical keyboard on the device, but it would be an on-screen keyboard on a screen, if you want, and perhaps hand-writing recognition. ASUS gives examples for use as a multimedia hub, a standard notebook, or even an e-book reader. Since it has no keyboard, there is nothing that would make the device in a certain position, the reading PDF files or e-books that much easier.

Admittedly, the design is simply a concept at this point. There are no plans if it would be ready for release, but it would be nice if this within the next few years. It could use touch as a standard notebook for a long time, at least if the on-screen keyboard only as a means of entry. The idea of using it to read e-books sounds like a great idea for me. After a ton of PDF files can be a pain on a standard computer with easy to navigate through each page. After she read more books like would be a good idea.
