These good times! – But it looks like it’s all over: Judge Marsha Pechman case stripped of his class-action status yesterday, which is essentially the teeth out of him. Microsoft to convince the judge that people are confused about the meaning of the Vista Capable sticker is not “on the various aspects predominate, which is quite remarkable that even a VP of Windows product was “personally burnt” by a bad purchase by the program.
