“Vista Capable” lawsuit loses class action status
We now have some rough chuckles on internal Microsoft documents in the process “Vista Capable” – remember when we heard that MS lowered the system requirements for Intel what management infighting?
These good times! – But it looks like it’s all over: Judge Marsha Pechman case stripped of his class-action status yesterday, which is essentially the teeth out of him. Microsoft to convince the judge that people are confused about the meaning of the Vista Capable sticker is not “on the various aspects predominate, which is quite remarkable that even a VP of Windows product was “personally burnt” by a bad purchase by the program.
Consumers who are also deceived or individually sue and the case continues, but we guess this means that a quick solution, and we never hear about this again.
Anyone with a valuable lesson learned, really?
