MSI Wind Second Generation Goes on Sale

MSI’s updated and prettified, Wind Netbook is finally available to buy. It has the usual 1.6 GHz Intel Atom processor, a GB of RAM, a 160 GB hard drive, Bluetooth 2.0 and Wi-Fi expansion to n-speeds.
In fact, the only difference is the case design – that is brighter, has sharper edges and is generally grown to look more than the original U110. Also ships as standard with the longer duration of six cells, at least for a very portable machine. And even MSI has a MacBook Unibody-a-like black screen bezel.
No word yet on how hackable is. The original wind was the perfect machine on the install Mac OS X, with plenty of drivers for almost all the internal hardware. If this really nothing more than an updated chassis, this version should be just the same.
