Gigabyte M912V Touch-Screen Netbook Unveiled
Gigabyte has officially unveiled the M912V, a Netbook with a swivel touch screen.
The Gigabyte M912V ultraportable Tablet PC features a 8.9-inch 1280 768 LCD display with LED backlighting, and weighs about 2.87 pounds. It is based on the Intel Atom 1.6 GHz processor and the 945GSE chipset. The M912V with 1 GB of RAM, a 2.5-inch 160 GB hard drive and 6-cell battery is 3.5 hours, the cooperation between the charges.
There is also an integrated 1.3-megapixel Web camera, stereo speakers, 802.11b g wireless connection, Ethernet LAN, Bluetooth, three USB ports, an ExpressCard slot, and 3-in-1 Media Card Reader .
Gigabyte s M912V running Windows XP or Windows Vista Home Basic, according to their product page.
There is no official information on availability and prices. However, reports the PC Netbook will start this month.
