AMD wants to go small
Advanced Micro Devices is looking to a number of laptops from their mobile phone chips. This announcement comes before the CES in Las Vegas, which clearly means that there is a kind of announcement at the show. 
This new platform is called the Yukon, there will be small and affordable notebooks, the full computer experience, and it will be like with a desktop, but in a mini-laptop-size device. The laptops are light and ultra-portable and have screen sizes ranging from ten to fourteen inches.
